Double Gauze is an airy, light weight cotton.  It is made from two thin and loosely woven layers of cotton that are basted together every ⅜” or so. These stitches form a subtle grid over the entire fabric that can hardly be seen from the right side.

This is a pleated mask.  Fabric doubles up for both front and back, so sewn as two layers but each layer is doubled, so a total of 4 gauzes.  There is an opening at the bottom of mask for a filter and to change the nose wire.   The elastic cords are sewn onto the mask so one cannot change cords without putting in some work.

Pleated Masks comes in sizes .  The Singapore Govt pleated mask size is an M. (16.5×15.5cm).   So should you need bigger or smaller, let us know.  We make to various sizes.
