It has a filter pocket for additional inserts & a nose wire holder.  Elastic cords are 5mm hollow and it comes with adjustable cord stoppers.Photo shows mask in Ark shape, which contours the face with a separate chin structure (not visible when worn).  It is a three layered mask; the external piece is the Michael Millers Otters piece, 100% cotton.
